Terms and Conditions of Entry

Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.
Entry is open to Australian residents who are over 16 years of age. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and any associated companies and agencies involved in this promotion are ineligible to enter.
Promotion commences at 9.00am AEST 5/6/2023 and closes at 11.59pm AEST 10/7/2023 (Promotional Period).
To enter, make a qualifying purchase of any 2 full-sized John Frieda Shampoo or Conditioner products (“Eligible Products”) in 1 transaction from a participating store during the Promotion Period (“Qualifying Purchase”). Enter online at www.winwithjohnfrieda.com and fully complete entry form (including full name, address, email address, contact phone number) along with uploading a photo of the original receipt (“Entry”). Entries must be received by 11.59pm AEST 10/7/2023.
Your purchase receipt must clearly identify where the Qualifying Purchase was made, the products purchased, and the date of purchase (which must be during the Promotion Period prior to an Entry being submitted).

The Promoter is not responsible if your mobile device/desktop is not sufficiently capable for the purpose of submitting an Entry, including having the requisite photograph capability.

Your entry must be received during the Promotion Period and will be deemed to be received only when received by the Promoter. If you return a Qualifying Purchase, your entry may be deemed invalid at the Promoter's discretion (unless the product is defective). You will receive a return message on screen confirming your entry. The Promoter is not liable for any problems with communications networks. You are responsible for your own costs associated with entering. If you enter using automatically generated entries or multiple phone numbers/email addresses/addresses/aliases, you may be disqualified.
Only one (1) entry is permitted per Qualifying Purchase. Entrants can enter more than once by purchasing multiple Eligible Products and completing an additional entry form online.
Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries may be deemed invalid. For example, entries which do not include the entrant’s name, address, daytime contact number or email address will not be accepted.
Purchase receipt must clearly show that an Eligible Products were purchased during the Promotional Period. Entrants must retain their receipt/s and may be required to provide them to the Promoter to be eligible to claim a prize.
There will be 10 x Dyson Airwrap Complete stylers valued at $899.00 each to be given away. Total prize pool is valued at $8990.00. The prize draw will take place at 12 noon on the 13/7/2023 at SAM Sales & Marketing, 272 Bay Street, Port Melbourne, VIC, 3207. Drawing approval 1296.
The winners will be notified by email and phone within two (2) days of the draw and their names and suburbs will be published on the promotional website www.winwithjohnfrieda.com by the 17/07/2023.
If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. Winners will not be entitled to any additional compensation in the event that the prize or element of a prize has been substituted at equal or greater value.
If this promotion cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the Promoter's control, for example due to software, hardware or communications issues, unauthorised intervention, tampering, fraud or technical failure, the Promoter may end, change, suspend or cancel the promotion or disqualify affected entries/entrants, subject to any necessary approval by the state/territory gaming authorities.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any winner as a result of the winner accepting and/or using a prize, (including indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, personal injury (including allergies, skin conditions or other reactions, as relevant), illness or death suffered in connection with this promotion or any prize, except for any loss, damage or injury which is due to the negligence or wilful misconduct of the Promoter or which otherwise cannot be excluded by law.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address and any other information from entrants relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter; whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who provides false information, fails to provide information, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or is otherwise involved in any conduct that involves manipulating, interfering or tampering with this promotion or otherwise preventing the conduct of the promotion as intended by the Promoter. In the event of such problems or conduct, then the Promoter may (where necessary with approval from the relevant lottery authority) modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Promotion.
The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this promotion, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this promotion including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
In the event of any weekly prizes not claimed, a second chance draw will be held on 12/10/2023, subject to State Regulations at the same time and place as the first draw to distribute any unclaimed prizes. If required, second chance draw winners will be notified by email and phone within two (2) days of the second chance draw and their names and suburbs will be published on the promotional website www.winwithjohnfrieda.com by the 16/10/2023.
The Promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes. Entry is conditional on providing this information. All entries become the property of the Promoter and may be entered into their databases unless stated otherwise by entrants. By entering the Promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant. Details from entries may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and the winner’s name and suburb published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. A request to access, update or correct any information or obtain a copy of the Promoter's privacy policy should be directed to the Promoter at their addresses set out below.
